Sales finally underway at luxury West Nashville residential building

Work on luxury West Nashville residential building The Manning — construction for which began in 2018 — is essentially completed, with four units having been sold.

Chartwell Properties developed the site with the 36-unit The Manning, which offers an address of 120 Woodmont Blvd. and sits near that street’s intersection with Harding Pike. Richard Rhea, Larry Elliot, Houston-based developer and architect Don Meeks and Joe Owen comprise Chartwell Properties, with Meeks and Owen as managing partners directly overseeing the effort.
