Regions Bank pays $1.9M for Germantown property

A Germantown property home to a Regions Bank branch has sold for $1.9 million, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document.

Birmingham-based Regions Bank now owns the 0.6-acre property at 1200 Rosa L. Parks Blvd., a block north of Jefferson Street, from which it previously operated. It will resume banking operations on the site once the construction of a replacement building — the previous structure was destroyed during last March's tornado — is completed.
