oneC1TY apartment building sells for $80.6M

The Shay, the lone apartment building in the mixed-use oneC1TY project off Charlotte Avenue, has sold for about $80.6 million.

The new owner of the property at 9 City Place is a trio of LLCs affiliated with Nashville-based real estate investment and management company Carter-Haston, which employs more than 300 people nationwide. Locally, Carter-Haston owns downtown-based apartment tower The Cumberland, West End Village on 31st Avenue North in West End Park and various suburban apartment complexes.
