A new fuel facility and research and development center is bringing more than 1,100 nuclear industry jobs to East Tennessee.

Oak Ridge-based nuclear technology company TRISO-X announced last week that it is expanding its presence in Roane County with the construction of the new facility at the Horizon Center Industrial Park.
