A mixed-use project continues to be eyed for a North Davidson County site located near the intersection of Briley Parkway and Whites Creek Pike, with a development partner potentially to be added.

According to two documents submitted to the Metro Planning Department, Charlotte-based development company Crescent Communities seeks to undertake the main component of the project on the bulk of a 78.2-acre property at 633 W. Green Lane.
