A Music Row commercial building that last changed ownership hands in 1981 has sold for $2.25 million — with the new owner now having finalized his second deal in the district within the past two months.

Located at 1617 16th Ave. S., the building sits on 0.34 acres about two parcels north of the intersection of Wedgewood Avenue and 16th Ave. N. and Belmont University. Constructed in 1925 as a residence, the building most recently housed Results Fitness, a boutique personal training company.
