Mixed-use building eyed for WeHo

Core Development is eyeing a year’s end groundbreaking on a mixed-use building on Wedgewood-Houston property located near recently completed structures the Nashville-based company previously undertook and collective known as The Finery.

The building Core is proposing — no rendering has been released — would be located on two parcels with addresses of 1234 and 1236 Martin St. and would offer condominiums, retail space and offices space.
