Louisville entity pays $1.33M for apartment site

A Louisville-based company attempting to establish a robust apartment presence in Nashville has paid about $1.33 million for a North Davidson property on which a mixed-use project had been eyed.

The buyer was Summit Development Inc., an entity affiliated with LDG Development. Franklin-based Civil Constructors was the seller of the property at the T-intersection of Buena Vista Pike and West Trinity Lane and overlooking the banks of the Cumberland River across from MetroCenter. The placeholder address is 0 Buena Vista Pike (Civil had sought to purchase a neighboring parcel at 2516 Buena Vista prior to the recent sale).
