As the Post reported in December 2021, Atlanta-based hotel development company North Point Hospitality paid $5.5 million for the 0.32-acre property, located at 701 Eighth Ave. S. and offering a building accommodating Marble Fox Brewing Company. The original plan was for a 24-floor building.
