A 15-floor hotel building is being eyed for the SoBro intersection perhaps best recognized for its Margaritaville Hotel Nashville.

According to a document submitted to the Metro Development and Housing Agency, Nashville-based Pinnacle Hospitality Partners seeks to undertake the development of the site. The address of the 0.23-acre site on which the mid-rise will be constructed is 422 Rep. John Lewis Way S. (Fifth Avenue).
