An adaptive reuse project located near the Tennessee State Fairgrounds — and one of the few efforts of its kind in the rapidly changing South Nashville node — is nearing completion, with 312 Pizza lined up as a tenant.

The former warehouse, with an address of 2190 Nolensville and last home to an appliance business, is being reinvented as retail space. The project is expected to be finished within the next few months, according to sources.
