An Elm Hill Pike-area industrial building that sold for $12 million six years ago has now changed ownership for more than twice that figure.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, and LLC affiliated with Encinitas, Calif.-based commercial real estate company Stos Partners paid $24.93 million fort the 8.45-acre property. The site, which accommodates a 188,000-square-foot building constructed in 1970 (pictured), is 640 Massman Drive.
