The East Bank building housing a 7-Eleven convenience market has been demolished, with a replacement structure planned.

A permit notes the future building will offer 4,915 square feet and be supplemented by fuel pumps. The previous iteration of the property, with an address of 227 Shelby Ave., offered an Exxon with 16 fuel pumps.
