A $253 million construction loan has been finalized related to the Pendry Hotels and Resorts project planned for The Gulch.

According to a release, Little Rock, Ark.-based Bank OZK and InterVest Capital Partners of New York provided the financing package. The New York office of Bethesda, Md.-based Walker & Dunlop, Inc. arranged for the loan on behalf of development team SomeraRoad and Trestle Studio.
