Chicago-based Boka Restaurant Group has announced it plans to open cocktail bar Middleman in Wedgewood-Houston this spring.

The business, which will focus on whiskey, will be joined in its debut by Boka’s Italian eatery Alla Vita and Japanese restaurant Momotaro, both of which were previously announced (read here).
