According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, an LLC affiliated with Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group now owns 9.1-acre property with an address of 1256 Antioch Pike. The complex is called Harding Warehouse Park and offers an alternative address of 5006 Harding Place.
