Efforts to undertake a mixed-use development planned on Nashville’s west side and near Trader Joe's grocery store and Target remain ongoing. 

As the Post reported in June 2024, Charlotte-based Crescent Communities is seeking to develop the 3.5-acre site with Novel Richland Creek. The building would offer 277 apartments and some ground-level retail and restaurant space. The company is set to request rezoning from Metro and released new images of the project.
