Brewery owners pay $800K for future east side home

The owners of Southern Grist Brewing Co. have paid $800,000 for the East Nashville property on which they hope to be operational by October, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document.

The just-sold property is located in Cleveland Park at 750 and 754 Douglas Ave. and includes a small building and a surface parking lot. It is located adjacent to the site of the planned mixed-use project Highland Yards.
