Panattoni Development Co. has landed the latest in various major permits for its five-story Music Row office building under construction at 1 Music Circle South.

The permit, valued at about $12.8 million, will allow the construction of the office tower’s shell and mechanical penthouse. The local office of Alston Construction Co. is handling the job.
