Airport area eyed for Nashville's first Candlewood Suites

A Clarksville-based hotel company is targeting the Nashville International Airport area for what would be, if operational today, Davidson County’s first Candlewood Suites.

BMJ Hospitality LLC will go before the Metro Planning Commission Thursday, March 10, to request approval of a final site plan for the hotel building. To offer between 100 and 115 rooms, the hotel would sit on a 2.54-acre site located in the Airport North submarket and with addresses of 720, 724, and 728 Ermac Drive (see here courtesy of Google Maps).
