The owner of a Lower Broadway surface parking lot located next to the buildings home to Nudie’s Honky Tonk and Merchants has paid $3 million for a commercial building in 12South.

Located at 1204 Elmwood Ave., the 0.26-acre property accommodates a small, one-story office building. It sits next to the building housing Taqueria del Sol and Trim Classic Barber and Legendary Beauty.
