Tennessee Department of Transportation officials held the first in a series of public meetings Tuesday to present the findings of the environmental assessment related to its choice lanes project — an effort that could impact multiple properties.
The assessment includes 51 anticipated business and residential relocations to accommodate the proposed Interstate 24 (I-24) Southeast Choice Lanes project. If it materializes, the undertaking will see TDOT construct optional “choice lanes” on I-24 between Nashville and Murfreesboro. This will right-of- way (ROW) acquisition
