Arkansas-based Home BancShares Inc., the parent company of Centennial Bank, has entered the Tennessee market through a $150 million acquisition. 

The deal was completed through a series of mergers resulting in Knoxville-based Mountain Commerce Bank merging into Home BancShares and Centennial Bank.
