Bass, Berry & Sims adds health care member in Nashville

Nashville-based law firm Bass, Berry & Sims has a new member in its local office.

Attorney Alé Dalton joins the firm as a member in health care transactions and regulatory compliance. In the role, Dalton advises health care providers, health systems, physician organizations, health care services companies, investors and operators on health care transactions and regulatory matters. These include acquisitions, divestitures, affiliations, joint ventures, ambulatory surgery center transactions, clinical research arrangements and health care operational compliance issues.
