Ascension Saint Thomas and Legacy Primary Care have announced plans for a $23 million medical facility development in Mt. Juliet. 

Pending state approval, Ascension will invest the funds to build the facility, which will be located near the intersection of Golden Bear Gateway and Interstate 40 at Exit 229.
