Austin Peay will formally introduce Matt Figger as its next men’s basketball coach at a Thursday press conference, the school announced Monday.

Figger spent the past four seasons as associate head coach at South Carolina, which went 26-11 and reached the Final Four this season. Before that, he was an assistant coach under Frank Martin at South Carolina and at Kansas State.
