The Residences at Broadwest, Nashville’s newest addition to luxury high-rise living, hosted an opening reception for current owners, potential buyers and others at the mixed-use Midtown development. Guests were greeted with Champagne and melodies from a pianist — a nod to Halls Chophouse, the Charleston, S.C., restaurant set to open on the property — before walking the red carpet to an elevator that whisked them to the 34th floor lounge and terrace space.

Representatives from Propst Development, FirstService Residential Village Real Estate and Nfocus, a co-host for the evening, joined them in taking in spectacular views of the city. Arrangements from Rose Hill Flowers topped tables loaded with a delectable spread from G Catering: charcuterie, appetizers and shrimp cocktail surrounding an ice sculpture of the building and its recognizable logo. They also checked out the pool, gym, library and other fine amenities that they will be able to enjoy once they move into their new homes in a few weeks.
