Erika Palmer

Colliers International Nashville announced Monday the hiring of Erika Palmer as director of operations of its real estate management services group.

Palmer replaces Jo Anne Corbitt, who retired in 2020.

Prior to joining Colliers, Palmer served as managing director of operations with Cushman & Wakefield in Baltimore, according to a release. She brings 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience, including management of a collective more than 5 million square feet of Class A general office, industrial and medical office buildings. She also has experience with building acquisition, stabilization, repositioning and disposition.

Palmer is a past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association (Baltimore chapter) and received her real property administration designation in 2005.

“We are thrilled to have Erika join the Nashville office and Colliers team,” Janet Miller, market leader and CEO for the company’s local office, said in the release. “[Palmer] brings with her a 20-year track record of managing all types of commercial product, and will be a valuable asset to the organization.”

Operating in 67 countries, Colliers is home to more than 15,000 professionals. It has annualized revenues of $3 billion and $40 billion of assets under management.

Colliers International Nashville currently leases and manages commercial buildings with a collective more than 7 million square feet of space.
