Barge Design Solutions has promoted Jeff Cundiff to the role of Tennessee civil lead.
The position is new to the company, according to a release.
Cundiff, who will still serve the Nashville-based engineering and architecture firm as a vice president, has 20 years of experience as an engineer, project manager and group leader in civil engineering and land development.
During the past 10 years, he has overseen hundreds of projects, handling duties such as due diligence, entitlements, permitting and design.
In his new role, Cundiff will provide leadership to Barge’s technical services and staff and support the continued growth of the company’s civil site and land development services, focusing his efforts in Tennessee.
Cundiff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Business Administration degree in sustainability from Lipscomb University.
“Jeff brings a wealth of experience in the land development market to this role,” Carrie Stokes, Barge senior vice president and director of site solutions, said in the release. “Our clients, teaming partners, and staff will benefit from his increased engagement across the state of Tennessee.”
Barge Design Solutions is an employee-owned company with about 400 employees. It serves clients from multiple U.S. locations.
