The condemnation case from hell

After six years, four courtrooms and tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees later, one of the longest condemnation cases in Nashville history is over. It involved a gay nightclub, the publisher of the city's alternative newsweekly and the Metro agency at the center of efforts to build Nashville's downtown arena.
