Nashville Commercial Cushman & Wakefield Alliance announced today it has hired former CB Richard Ellis senior VP Don Albright as the firm's director of capital markets.

A 30-year veteran of commercial real estate, Albright was with CB for six years in industrial investment and was the firm's top Nashville-area producer in 2007 before leaving last spring. While with CB, Albright partnered with Douglass Johnson on some the firm's largest deals, such as the $70 million deal for the former Primus building in 2006 and the $80 million One Nashville Place deal in 2005.

Most recently, Albright was the president of his own firm, Covenant Realty Advisors. He will join a team that includes Dominic Zabriskie and Ryan Benefield and will target a number of different property sectors as well as work on debt and equity issues for the firm.
