One of Nashville's powerhouse trial firms is planning to reorganize, NashvillePost.com has learned. The partners at Hollins Wagster Weatherly & Raybin have been meeting this week to discuss changes in the firm that will take place in coming months.
Speaking on behalf of the firm, attorney David Raybin confirmed the members of the firm are talking about a different future for their 33-year-old, 10-attorney firm.
“We are having ongoing discussions about the reorganization of the firm, which would occur next year,” Raybin told NashvillePost.com.
The partners do not have a specific timetable or a clear idea of how the firm, which is based in downtown's Fifth Third Center, will look under the new organization, Raybin added. He also declined to speak about the reasons behind the reorganization.
