Physician group Cumberland Lung and Sleep Specialists is preparing to move into a second-floor suite of a new office building south of Summit Medical Center. The practice now works out of space on Frist Boulevard north of the HCA hospital. Its $250,000 job is being carried out by Tennessee Tile & Marble Co.

Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, which in August raised about $85 million via an initial public offering, is spending $210,000 to rehab almost 6,000 square feet of the 2525 West End building. Harvest Construction is handling the ninth-floor job.
