A subsidiary of H.G. Hill Realty Co. has purchased a property at 4314 Harding Road from Mapco Express Inc., which operates a convenience market there. The Hill firm paid $3.6 million for the parcel, according to a deed recorded in Davidson County last week.
The land abuts the Hill Center at Belle Meade development, a shopping center anchored by a Publix grocery that Hill Realty opened last year on the site of a former H.G. Hill grocery store.
Hill Realty CEO Jimmy Granbery told NashvillePost.com today that while his firm might redevelop the property at some point in the future, he expects no change in its status anytime soon. His company has leased the site back to Mapco with a ten-year term.
