Fido to grow, SunTrust Building getting full-floor tenant, and more...

Hardaway Construction has taken out permits for the construction of a 31,268-square-foot assisted-living facility, Grace Manor, at 1420 Old Hickory Blvd. in Madison. The construction cost is valued at $3.6 million.

Two buildings at the Vought Aircraft facility at the Nashville International Airport will be reroofed soon. The cost of the work on the two structures is estimated at almost $700,000. Water Control Roofing Co. has been hired to do the work.

Almost $300,000 will go toward renovating of the fourth floor of the old SunTrust Bank Building at 201 4th Ave. N. DWC Construction Co. has been contracted to work on the space, which will become home to ServiceSource.

The Carter Group has taken out permits for the expansion of Fido in Hillsboro Village. The restaurant is expanding into the retail space next door, the former site of Japanese restaurant Taste of Tokyo. The work is valued at $170,000.

Accurate Autobody, located downtown, will soon get a new roof courtesy of Centimark Corp. The job is worth $185,467.

Wall signs will soon be installed on the Pinnacle at Symphony place, a project expected to cost $166,000. Jarvis Award Sign & Flag has been contracted for the work on the 29-story office tower, which is set to open in a few months.

The Woodbine branch of SunTrust Bank, located at 2915 Nolensville Pike near Coleman Park, is scheduled to be renovated. Robert S. Biscan & Co. has been hired for the work, which is worth $147,500.
