Recent Nashville transplant Lennox Hearth Products has decided to set up shop in Holladay Properties' Ameriplex at Elm Hill complex.
The fireplace manufacturer made news last week with the announcement it would move its headquarters and research operation from Orange, Calif., to Nashville. The firm will occupy 23,000 square feet of the recently constructed Ameriplex structure, the first LEED-designated industrial project in the area.
The lease agreement was brokered by Ronnie Wenzler and John Ward of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.
“Ameriplex's central location, gated access and high quality of construction appealed to LHP,” Wenzler said today in a release. “Ameriplex at Elm Hill is being built with efficiency and environmental responsibility in mind and that is a match with LHP because they embrace those same principles.”
