Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis has made it a happy New Year for four attorneys who have been named partner. The quartet are:
Richard Sanders, who works in the firm’s trial and appellate litigation group as well as on intellectual property cases. Sanders, a 2000 Vanderbilt law school graduate, came to Waller in 2003 from Fenwick & West in Silicon Valley.
Health care regulatory lawyer Brandon Schirg, who came to Waller from Sherrard & Roe. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Law School.
Eileen Burkhalter Smith, who works in Waller’s trial and appellate litigation group. Smith earned her law degree with honors in 2001 from the University of Tennessee.
Corporate and commercial transactions attorney Brendan Thompson, a 2001 Vanderbilt law graduate.
