Tech-focused financial firm Wipro Gallagher Solutions will soon swap its Brentwood address for a new location in Cool Springs. Work recently began to prepare around 20,000 square feet of space in Four Corporate Center. The construction is valued at $559,000.
“They're going to be moving in February 1, and from what I understand there's a large contingency moving down here,” said Jason Holwerda, a leasing representative for building owner Crescent Resources.
The company will move around 90 employees from current site at 9010 Overlook Blvd. Wipro Gallagher formed when Wipro Ltd. (NYSE:WIT) purchased Gallagher Financial Systems last July. The company focuses on the mortgage lending market.
