Two roofing jobs: Porter Roofing Contractors Inc. has pulled a permit to put a new lid on the 500 Allied Drive building that is home to Land O’ Lakes dairy cooperative. The job is worth $1.5 million. A little further north, Maxwell Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc. will reroof the industrial building at 520 Central Ave. The company has pulled a permit worth $266,000 for the building, which houses chemicals distributor Deeks & Co.
CapStar Bank is moving forward with its plans for a branch on Crestmoor Road in Green Hills. Solomon Builders has pulled a $610,000 permit to build the 4,100-square-foot building.
The second floor of 317 Seven Springs Way in Brentwood is now home to two medical projects: Solomon Builders has pulled an $83,000 permit to finish out space for Dr. William Locante. Down the hall, Impact Physical Therapy will move in once DWC Construction Co. wraps up its $60,000 rehab job.
Staying with medical projects, Olympian Construction Co. will rehab more than 3,100 square feet of a medical office building at Summit Medical Center. The contractor has pulled a $160,000 permit for the job. Meanwhile, Tenant Building Group will renovate part of the third floor of an office building near Centennial Medical Center for Neurology Associates. That job is valued at $91,000.
Paychex will renovate its first-floor space at 22 Century Blvd. near the airport. Duke Construction LP is renovating 4,400 square feet. The work is valued at $150,000.
Nonprofit social services provider Dismas Charities will renovate and expand its boarding facilities on Ninth Avenue South downtown. Hawkins Development has pulled a permit for the work, which is worth $105,000.
