Corrections Corp. of America has promoted former Stokes Bartholomew attorney Lucibeth Mayberry as well as three others. The company (Ticker: CXW) also has beefed up its business development team.

Hendersonville-based agribusiness executive Gerry Daignault has been named COO of New York-based AgFeed Industries Inc. (Ticker: FEED), which expects to book $150 million in revenue this year rearing hogs in China.

Community Health Systems (Ticker: CYH) outlines its expansion plans should it complete its proposed acquisition of a Pennsylvania health system.
