Hotel on Percy Priest, suite rehab at the Sommet, and more...

Creasy Construction has pulled a permit to build a $5.4 million Comfort Suites hotel on Percy Priest Drive off Stewarts Ferry Pike. The four-story, 45,000-square-foot building will be accompanied by a swimming pool, which will require a separate permit.

DWC Construction will rehab 50,000 square feet of office space for the Nashville Youth Opportunity Center at Charlotte and 17th Avenue. The work is worth $2.1 million.

About three blocks away, DWC is rehabbing part of Tennessee Women’s Care office space on Murphy Avenue across from Baptist Hospital. That job is valued at $450,000.

Solomon Builders is renovating the third floor of 100 Centerview Drive for Kroll. The permit is worth more than $1.5 million.

Shaub Construction will build a 9,000-square-foot office/warehouse building for Advent Exhibits on Cruzen Street near Nolensville Road and Interstate 440. The work is worth $1.3 million.

Bacon Construction is rehabbing the dining hall at Lipscomb University’s student center. The job is valued at $407,000.

Knestrick Contractor will rehab 64 luxury suites at the Sommet Center. The work is valued at almost $65,000.
