A facelift for Belle Meade grocer, Gulch apartments and more 100 Oaks work

J.E. Crain & Son has pulled a permit to rehab the Harris-Teeter store at the 70/100 split in Belle Meade. The job, which includes a small expansion, is valued at $3.1 million.

Balfour Beatty Construction will overhaul the main cafeteria at Vanderbilt University Hospital. The project on Medical Center Drive is worth $1.7 million.

Doster Construction has pulled permits to finish 15 units in Bristol Development’s Velocity apartment complex in the Gulch. Combined, the permits are worth $377,000.

Vratsinas Construction Co. is prepping the next phase of the renovation of 100 Oaks Mall. The company has pulled a zero-value permit to change the layout of the complex’s parking lot as well as its entrances and exits and landscaping.
