Closer to downtown on Gallatin Pike, Utica Contracting is rehabbing about 2,500 square feet of classroom space at the Nashville Auto Diesel College. The permit is worth $150,000.
The building at 402 BNA Drive just west of the airport will soon get two new tenants on its third floor. Moving in to suites 307 and 305, respectively, are financial services firm Primerica and Business Aircraft Leasing. Southland Constructors is finishing out the space in both suites. Combined, the jobs are worth $70,000.
