Two Boult Cummings Conners & Berry lawyers are hooking up with a former partner of the firm to launch a new venture focused on trial and appellate work.
Gino Bulso and Bill Leader, who spent 18 years at Boult before launching his own firm, set up shop on Monday on the 17th floor of the Bank of America Plaza. Boult’s George Nolan will join them in July, when the firm will become known as Leader, Bulso & Nolan.
The firm’s three founders all have at least 17 years of experience. Bulso has spent his entire 22-year legal career at Boult, where he focused on commercial litigation. Nolan specializes in medical malpractice, liability and fraud work, among others. Leader, a personal injury specialist, spent 18 years at Boult and will fold his firm, Leader & Associates, into the new venture.
“We will miss them, but are very happy and supportive of their decision,” said Jay Hardcastle, managing partner of Boult, the city’s third-largest firm. “We know that they will remain great friends of the firm, and we look forward to working with them in the future.”
