HealthSpring CEO Herb Fritch and CFO Kevin McNamara have filed notice with the SEC that they plan to unload up to 1.8 million shares of the company (Ticker: HS) by December 2009 under a 10b5-1 trading plan. As of early last month, the duo owned 5.8 million and 596,000 shares, respectively.

After Franklin Mayor John Schroer last week said an insurance company is scouting the region, a Deutsche Bank official says Nashville is in the running for up to 1,000 jobs.

A blog affiliated with AOL has a skeptical look around the Franklin estate Pacman Jones is looking to unload.
