Developer Crescent Resources will later this year start to build an apartment complex at its Corporate Centre development.
The company this morning unveiled Circle, a multifamily brand it is rolling out in its markets, which reach from Florida to Charlotte and west to Texas. By next month, Crescent says 1,300 units will be under construction.
Circle at Cool Springs will start this fall and will comprise 428 apartment units in the southeast corner of Corporate Centre, along the extension of McEwen Boulevard. Kathryn Blanchard, a spokeswoman for Crescent, said the campus will include 14 three-story buildings. Construction is expected to wrap up in the first quarter of 2010.
Other Circle projects in the works in Charlotte, Tampa and Jacksonville have between 300 and 360 units ranging in size from 550 to 1,650 square feet. Blanchard said the local complex's make-up in terms of size and number of bedrooms has not yet been decided.
