Gibson Guitar is taking its legal fight with Activision to the shopping centers of America by suing Wal-Mart and other big retailers selling the popular 'Guitar Hero' game. Meanwhile, Activision has returned fire.

Joe Scarlett, former chairman of Tractor Supply, on Wednesday and yesterday sold $1.6 million worth of shares in the company. He still owns about 10 percent of the company.
