
Stephen Page has rejoined Waller, Lansden, Dortch & Davis as partner four years after leaving for hospital operator Vanguard Health Systems.
At Vanguard, Page – who first joined Waller as an associate in 1998 – was vice president and assistant general counsel. He will now be a partner in Waller's intellectual property group and will focus on IT licensing and outsourcing as well as data privacy and other regulatory issues.
Page earned both his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the Health Information and Technology section of the American Health Lawyers Association.
