
Bass Berry & Sims has named Ross Booher, Kevin Douglas and Ryan Thomas members of the firm.
Booher is a part of Bass' litigation group, where he has worked on trade practices, product liability and healthcare cases. A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, he joined the firm after serving in the Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps and is a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserve. Booher also is chairman of the board of charter school KIPP Academy.
Vanderbilt University Law School graduate Douglas practices corporate and securities law, concentrating on M&A work, SEC reporting and compliance and governance matters. Prior to joining Bass, he worked at Sherrard & Roe as well as Latham & Watkins in Washington, D.C.
Thomas also is a part of Bass' corporate and securities group and is focused on corporate maintenance and governance issues. Also a graduate of Vanderbilt's law school, he joined Bass from Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault in Boston.
