Nashville-based general contractor D.F. Chase has promoted four of its executives. David Chase, previously vice president of business development, has been named executive VP and will oversee planning, operations and sales at the 22-year-old company. David is the son of founder Dean Chase.

Also promoted are John Morss – from VP of operations to COO – and Paschal O'Dwyer, who has been named VP of operations. Previously, he was senior construction manager. In addition, Greg Estes has been named VP of operations at the company's Chase Design-Build division.

Chase, which does business in more than 30 states, booked 2007 revenues of about 130 million. Locally, the company is working on projects for Lipscomb University, Gaylord Entertainment and Pulte Homes' Del Webb concept.
